Aprendizagem colaborativa : uma análise de atividades em grupo no ensino das leis de Newton

Maria José dos Santos Sacramento

Resumo

Even in modern times the school plays an important role in providing training people. However, the learning mode that has been developed in schools leads to the selection of the best, where individualism and competition end up becoming a very rooted principle. The vast majority of students come totally passive in the classroom, who attend the class silent all the time. Thus, one of the challenges that must be put to school is to provide its students to develop skills to enable an expansion of the capacity of reasoning and participation, the challenges to be faced by the society to which they belong. In Collaborative Learning the student is considered an active subject in the classroom dialogue focuses more on him than on the teacher, or rather in Collaborative Learning students have a voice, students discuss among them to generate knowledge. In this regard, the objective of this research is to identify the modes of interaction within a Collaborative Group in activities on Newton's Laws. For the theoretical framework we seek Vygotsky as the main theoretical framework for thinking about the physics teaching, showing some important assumptions to better understand the complexity of conceptual learning in the classroom. We also seek to influence the collaborative learning method in developing collaborative attitudes among students in a group. For data collection used questionnaire, structured observation and recording videos. The result of the study data allowed us to say that the Collaborative Learning can be considered a good strategy to be inserted in the context of the classroom, allowing replace traditional education, transmitted by most schools, which usually ends up taking the students to failure, the apathy and lack of motivation.
