Comer na escola: a relação com o saber

Resumo

This chapter is a bibliographic research regarding the relationship between food and school, and how it affects knowledge. Considering the importance of food in the school environment, and its interference in teaching in Brazilian schools. Therefore, the lunch integrates the relationship with knowledge, being part of the epistemological, identity and social dimension. With it, the desire to learn about food can arise, to meet someone you are having contact with for the first time, even knowledge related to cooking.
