O uso de plataformas digitais como recurso para o ensino da função polinomial de 2° grau
Resumo
The present work investigates the application of digital tools in the teaching of the Polynomial Function of the 2nd degree, focusing on the curriculum of Sergipe and the guidelines of the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC. In view of the challenges and limitations faced by teachers in the implementation of these technologies in their pedagogical practices, highlighting the pedagogical and structural barriers that hinder their effective adoption, we seek to answer the following question: how can digital resources be used to teach the 2nd degree equation in the context of the Sergipe curriculum, according to the BNCC guidelines?. To this end, the study analyzes how the Khan Academy, Google and GeoGebra platforms can be used to facilitate the teaching of mathematics, offering more dynamic and interactive learning, aligned with the competencies considered by the BNCC. The main objective is to explore the integration of digital technologies in the teaching of the 2nd degree Polynomial Function, in order to provide a more meaningful, accessible and inclusive teaching to students, in addition to developing essential skills for the 21st century, such as critical thinking and problem solving. The results showed that teacher training and the proper use of digital tools can transform the teaching of mathematics, making it more relevant and connected to the daily lives of students, and the traditional approach of the polynomial function of the 2nd degree emphasizing algebraic concepts and problem-solving methods, without properly exploring dynamic and interactive approaches can influence more meaningful learning for students. Ultimately, the dissertation laid out a path to a more inclusive and equitable education capable of meeting the needs of students and preparing young people for a digitized and interconnected world.
